Through evidence-based therapeutic yoga practices from Shedeka Marriott, MSW and Yoga Therapist in Training and Julie Johnson, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and Trainer, you’ll gain practical tools that are easy to integrate into your daily routine. These classes are centered on guiding you toward nervous system regulation and reducing the harmful effects of stress.

The program runs monthly from offering two classes either in-person or online. Each month focuses on specific skills you can apply to your daily life, helping you build stability, groundedness, and a sense of ease. Skills build on previous sessions, ensuring progressive learning and integration as you move through the series.
