Gentle Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Our "Gentle Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra" event is designed to honor the turning of the season, creating the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself and welcome balance, transformation, and inner peace.
This special solstice session offers gentle yoga practices that focus on mindfulness and comfort. You'll be guided through movements that nurture your body and mind, helping you move with ease and harmony. Our trauma-informed approach ensures every participant feels safe, supported, and at ease throughout the practice.
The event also features Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation often called "yogic sleep." This practice encourages profound relaxation, calms the nervous system, and offers a pathway to emotional healing—perfect for welcoming the solstice's energy of renewal and transformation.
