Julie Johnson:

Hello, everyone, welcome to part two of the course. In the first half of the course, Candace walk you through all four different parts of the chaos mindset. This part of the course we want to take what Candice taught you as the foundation and then add on how we communicate with the world around us as we're working through our own chaos skills, right as we're overcoming, you know, healing and overcoming struggles, right.

Julie Johnson:

So, take what Candice taught you about the decision-making mindset. And now we're going to add a layer on to that this is scaffolded and we're going to move into communication, how do we communicate as we're working with ourselves working internally and then working with other people, right? So we're gonna go through five different communication skills which you can read in the PDF that's attached here.

Julie Johnson

Okay. We're gonna go through those five different communication skills, and then you'll be asked to apply them to your own professional world by doing a video project, so you'll be asked to find two to three people that you can either role play with practicing validation, motivational, interviewing, culturally responsive communication and that all those different courses or communication skills that we offer in the second half of the course, so far in your people go through the next part of the course.
